Our Locations in Africa
As Ghana was celebrating its independence in 1957, so was Dizengoff Ghana established.
As Dizengoff Ghana, our heritage is deeply entrenched and intertwined to our holding company Balton CP. We are a private limited company, and a subsidiary of Balton CP which is owned by CP Holdings Limited, a British company with international presence across a number of territories namely the United Kingdom, Central and Western Europe as well as Sub-Saharan Africa.
We have over 60 years of experience borne out of understanding, operating and driving business opportunities in Ghana. We are the driving force behind the horticulture and floriculture industries in Ghana and our product offering and solutions have been achieved through our partnerships with key multinationals and reputable world –class brand owners. These partnerships have led to our reputation of trustworthiness, dependability and consistency in the market.
We pride ourselves in understanding the full spectrum of agribusiness because of our holistic approach to farming through our business divisions – Chemicals and Fertilizers, Seeds, Greenhouse and Irrigation.
We view agricultural sustainability from the perspective of a kitchen garden to hundreds of thousands of acres of farmland and that’s why we cater for the needs of both small scale and large scale farmers. We focus on creating lasting relationships where our goal is to reduce risks and make farming a simple and rewarding venture by providing farmers with all that is needed for a successful harvest.
Through decades of partnership with our farmers, we have become a “one-stop shop” for Ghana farmers’ agricultural needs. While playing a significant role in bringing the Ghana agriculture industry to its place as a global leader, we have also remained focused on the needs of horticultural and cereal farmers countrywide.
As pioneers in the Agribusiness sector in Ghana, we are a company of many firsts… the first company to introduce new innovations and new technologies such as Greenhouses and Drip Irrigation; the first company to introduce advanced technology pesticides and fertilizer products to the Agricultural industry.
Our market penetration has been built on our exceptional technical and commercial expertise. We have invested in well-equipped and knowledgeable agronomists and field technical support across Ghana.
Our technology and innovations arm of Dizengoff Ghana offers cutting edge and savvy solutions. We trade on our ability to grasp and implement new and future technologies today. We have been at the forefront of innovative technology in West Africa providing customers with turnkey solutions and project based implementations backed up by service level agreements which are tailor-made to the customers’ requirements.
We provide advanced technological solutions that suit the growing needs of our customers across Ghana through our fully equipped service center in Accra, Tamale, Kumasi and Takoradi. All of these centers are manned by highly qualified and experienced sales and technical teams.
