o Video Surveillance
We provide security surveillance systems from world-class manufacturers that run on the innovative IP Megapixel Technology. Our cameras not only deliver superior image quality, but also cover a wide range.
Bullet cameras – Named after their shape, they are used in surveillance systems and are usually limited to focal length lenses. These are used prominently at gates, junctions and along corridors to focus on directions (fixed) that often have activity or require surveillance. Bullet cameras are often placed in open areas with no roof – either indoor and outdoor.
Dome cameras – Used for both outdoor and indoor purposes though most commonly indoors because they are hard to tamper with and one cannot easily see the direction it faces because of the tint. Outdoor dome cameras are placed on the surface while indoor dome cameras are placed on surfaces and ceiling.
Multi sensor cameras – These have several lenses in one camera and include 180°, 270° and 360° views. The lenses can be moved in different directions so as to get a better view of the intended area.
PTZ cameras – The Pan, Tilt and Zoom camera as it is known can be moved up, down, tilted and zoomed in and out. It’s mostly installed outdoor but has indoor options. It is good for real time inspection and covers a wide area, reducing the need to use many cameras in a big spaces.
Box cameras – These are usually for internal use but can be housed for external use. It’s housing can determine its use and can be customized to weather, temperature, human activity, natural calamities etc.
Special cameras – These are customized cameras that are very unique, e.g. pinhole camera, the fish eye, panoramic and flex camera.
o Unified and Integrated Security Platforms
Video Surveillance, access control, intrusion, fire alerts and public address systems amongst a few, can all be combined into a single platform ensuring critical data is correlated through one user interface. Integrated systems eliminate licensing fees, thus reducing the complexity of maintenance. Installation is easier and cost effective as there is no need for custom integration and the system can run on the existing network infrastructure. The hardware and software components of the unified platform are integrated from the point of manufacture, resulting in reduced cost for the integrator and the end user.
Fire Detection – For fire emergencies, we have products to suit all applications, incorporating a variety of highly accurate detection systems to minimize the risk of false alarms, including the multi-criteria Automatic Fire Detector 420 Series and the flush-mount nearly “invisible” Smoke Detector 500 Series. We supplement these products with highly flexible, user-friendly control panels for coordinating fire alarms and other event-related messages. The unique panel design allows each system be tailored to a customer’s specific needs.
Intrusion Detection – We offer our customers sensors that use advanced motion detection technology offering maximum protection from intrusion, while minimizing costly false alarms. Highly reliable and stylishly designed, they offer unrivalled signal processing capabilities. The sensors also have versatile transmission solutions that communicate via landline and cellular telephony, GSM, radio, internet or the intranet and can be integrated into existing systems.
Public Address System – We offer high-quality public address systems to suit various establishments, regardless of their size. These products are characterized by extensive yet highly user-friendly functionalities, stylish and contemporary design. They come with superior sound technology that ensures an optimum acoustical environment. They emit high quality background music system with consistent sound level and clear speech even when there is considerable background noise.
o Physical Security
Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS) – We provide under vehicle inspection systems that automatically identify threats or modifications to vehicles under carriage. These bidirectional scanners are positioned so that when a vehicle passes over, high definition images are captured in the database. The images are created in 3D perspective and unique identifiers assigned to each vehicle.
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) – This technology uses optical character recognition system on images to read and register motor vehicle number plates recommended for use at entry/ exit points, on roads or major highways. This system can be integrated to work with existing CCTV cameras, road rule enforcement cameras or cameras specifically designed for this purpose. The optical character reader can be tuned to meet the unique attributes of the country or region where the system is installed.
Barriers and Bollards – These short posts designed to control traffic access can be installed at entry or exit points of buildings, sidewalks as visual barriers separating pedestrian walkways and motor vehicle driveways, or to separate roads and highways. Bollards are of two types namely:-
o Automatic Barriers – System operated bollards that work by using access control devices to activate the hydraulic systems and retract to grant access. They are mainly used in restricted entry and exit points e.g. in Malls, Government Offices and Military Barracks.
o Fixed Bollards – These are specifically installed to permanently separate roads/ sections to deny any access to certain points. They are recommended for use on walkways or permanently restricted areas that require no traffic at all.
